The New Course at Talamore – Recently renovated, The New Course at Talamore is a Rees Jones design. It was ranked by Golf Digest in the top five new courses in America when it opened in 1992. Talamore was made famous by its use of llamas as caddies – yes, llamas! Availability is limited to have one of these animals escort you around the links. It will certainly makes for an unforgettable day – be sure to take a selfie!
Mid South Club – The Mid South Club is an Arnold Palmer Signature Course and has hosted qualifying tournaments for the U.S. Open, U.S. Senior Open, U.S. Amateur and has also received numerous local and national awards. Winding its way through longleaf pine forests, the Mid South Club is suited to golfers of all abilities.
Southern Pines Golf Club – A classic Donald Ross design built in 1906, Southern Pines Golf Club has maintained its character for over 100 years. Featuring natural terrain, there are few forced carries of any great length, and many greens are designed to allow a bump-and-run style of golf that was prevalent in the time it was built. Southern Pines is ranked as one of the best courses in North Carolina by Golfweek magazine.
Prices range from $390 per person during the off-season to $800 per person during peak season. This is based on 4 golfers sharing a 2-bedroom villa for a 3-night/3-round weekend stay and play. Pricing includes green fees & cart fees for 3 rounds of golf, 3 nights of lodging, resort fees, and taxes.
Bookings from April to October include vouchers for daily buffet breakfast, and an invitation to a Monday Night or Thursday Night Pig Picking at Talamore Resort.
