Reservations cancelled in response to military exigency will receive a full refund. In the event of cancellation due to military orders, individual will be offered an option to rebook without monetary penalty, on alternative dates. SEASIDE GOLF VACATIONS is not responsible if accommodations become unavailable due to natural disaster or other events beyond the reasonable control of SEASIDE GOLF VACATIONS. If cancellation is received more than 45 days before check-in date, fee will be returned less $65.00. If cancellation is received 45 days or less before check-in, fee will be returned less $125.00. SEASIDE GOLF VACATIONS must be provided a written statement that cancellation was required as a result of military exigency, signed by an officer in the individual’s chain of command. SEASIDE GOLF VACATIONS may enforce a more liberal refund policy at its discretion. Refunds will be processed as a charge-back to the credit card account used when the reservation was confirmed. Guest may be required to present proof of eligibility at time of reservation and check-in (for example, ID card or Leave & Earnings Statement).
